I have been coming to Koi Nails for the past six years now, and Service has continued to get more and more exceptional. It’s such a friendly environment with the staff. My absolute favorite eyebrow technician is Hannah and she always seems to do a wonderful job on my nails really all of the staff in there are talented in their own right.

I have been coming to Koi for almost 4 years. If not, more than four years and Hanna has been my nail tech. She is amazing. They all are amazing. They’re very friendly very considerate Hanna especially is very detailed in her work. I could never complain about her work. she’s amazing, broken nails she’ll fix it. Something that needs to be done. She fixes it very considerate very accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and if she’s not available or the other staff are not available that I can go to then I just wait till they are. Koi Nails is amazing.

Cuu Thuong Nguyen (hope I spelled that right) did a phenomenal job getting the details of what I wanted on my nails just right. He was patient and attentive. They weren't pushy like other salons to get you to get more stuff (pedi, eyebrows , lashes etc.)
