Just had my ears pierced by Alex and had to write a review while still in the parking lot. It was a great experience everyone at the shop was so friendly but Alex especially was wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable and the process was quick and easy! I was nervous but she really made it a stress free enjoyable process!

Another great experience with Chris and Sarah! My family stopped by during my session and the kids had a blast. They were given toys from under their Christmas tree and temp tattoos. And my tattoo looks amazing! Thanks for everything and see you guys again soon

The best tattoo shop in Maryland and beyond. Chris and crew are amazing people as well as incredibly talented knowledgeable artists. I’ve been back multiple times and plan on returning until I can’t get anymore tattoos! This is my spot and I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere! I wish I could give them ten stars and that still wouldn’t be sufficient to express my respect, admiration and satisfaction with this shop and the entire staff. Chris and Sarah deserve all the success they get.

My 7 year old daughter was SURE she wanted her ears pierced, so we went to Koncrete Jungle. Shop was super clean and everyone was so friendly, even once my daughter's nerves kicked in. Alex, their piercing expert, was INCREDIBLE. My daughter was great with the first one, then got in her head about the second and was crying/nervous. Alex was so patient and reassuring as we waited for over 30 minutes for her to calm down. Ultimately, the owner offered a numbing spray to help with the second one, and it was SO quick and easy after that. My daughter is now elated with her pierced ears and the pain is a distant memory. Thank you so much to Alex and Sarah! Call the shop for appointments, cash is preferred (10% CC fee), and bring the right ID especially for minors. You won't regret going to Koncrete Jungle!
