I recently visited this salon and had a really pleasant experience. The location is convenient, the space is clean and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and professional. Booked my appointment with Mike online for a hair perm and haircut. He has conversational English skills and can understand technical terms for hair. I've been to the other K MA salons in Clairemont Mesa and Miramar, but the Kreative Manes salon is my favorite one. My parking lot makes it easy and the salon itself is fairly modern, spacious, and clean. Loved the massage chair while they're washing you're hair. I've never experienced that before. Mike was very transparent about the pricing. My hair is long, course, and thick so I understood that more hair perm solution was needed. I could tell Mike was very detailed and skilled while working on my hair. I explained to him that I had some localized dryness in the hair near the back of my head and he addressed the situation for me without additional charge. My hair perm and cut turned out excellent and I will be booking with him again! I recommend bringing in a photo to show them. Perhaps have Google Translate ready if you are worried about the language barrier. Book online since you can see the prices, but depending on your consult with the hairstylist it might be adjusted a little since everyone's hair is different.

I came across this salon through a socail media post and decided to check it out online. After reading consistently excellent reviews, I booked a last-minute appointment at the Highlands location with Jessica for a keratin treatment and haircut. Jessica did an outstanding job. She was attentive and knowledgeable, and she took the extra time to lower the temperature in certain section’s to protect my bleached highlights, which I truly appreciated. I was so happy with the results that I immediately booked my next two appointments. Highly recommend.
