Have been going here for 3 years. Bhimal, Suneeta and Kiran have all given first customer service , with great customer service, they create a welcoming and calm atmosphere. Aman does an amazing pedicure with top notch customer service, I always ask for Aman, such a beautiful person and brilliantly skilled. Remi is the queen of facials and waxing, again absolutely wonderful at what she does. Fabulous staff that provide top class services with a warm welcoming atmosphere. But the salon needs to start doing biab, as I have to go elsewhere and would rather have it done at Karina Beauty. Top class team with five star service. Thank you 🙏

My first time having intimate body waxing, Remi made me feel very at ease as I am a more mature lady. She was very professional and explained exactly what she was doing at each stage, checking that I was okay. I will certainly be coming back for further sessions ☺️

I had such a great experience! The staff Sapna was super welcoming and communicative, and I always feel really well taken care of when I come here. The girls have such a gentle touch — they never hurt the skin and work with so much care. I truly love this place

Been coming here for over 2 yrs.Pedicures and threading, always good with Sunita or Bimla. The upgraded pedicure chairs have made a great addition this last year. It would be better if the cushions were better quality, as the padding has completely flattened. Hopefully this will be rectified by my next pedi next month.

Aman did my massage , she made me feel relaxed and I enjoyed every moment. However, I also had a pedicure, I felt it was rushed and not done as well as before. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did it
