Lee did absolutely AMAZING! She did exactly what I asked for and the acrylics don't feel too thick. They feel so natural!! I will ONLY be coming here for all future visits. It's also a great atmosphere and very clean!

I have been coming to LA Nails for 22 years (since I was in high school), and obviously it's good if I keep coming back! I remember when they were just a small, few seat salon, and the expansion and renovations they've done over the last few years really make it a relaxing place to be. I typically see Tony now, and he always does a fantastic job on my nails (I do a specific style, and he knows every time I come in what I want, how I want them shaped, etc.). I get so many compliments on my nails after my appointments, and recommend them to everyone who asks where I got my nails done. Lee and everyone who works there are so nice, and there's a good camaraderie there. I always look forward to my next appointment, and I definitely recommend making one, especially if you're going in the evenings or weekends - it gets really busy!

EDIT: So I recently reviewed this location 2 days prior, giving it 3 stars. I've since decided to rescind that and change it to 5. I had had an issue with the lack of communicating how prices work, being that this was my first time receiving a manicure, and that they were picking out gel rather than my requested normal polish, but Lee really did work hard to get the colors on my right hand to stick and was pleasant during the whole process. And honestly, I should've asked more about how the pricing works myself as it may not have been clear to them that it was my first time receiving a manicure, so the score was a little unfair on my part. Currently, the gel is holding up surprisingly well still and I've come to realize I do prefer the gel over the normal polish look now, so there was a silver lining to it. When you go, I highly recommend requesting Lee, and have since referred my mother to her as well.

I am very satisfied with my nails today. I will definitely be coming back. It was in a convenient location in Gahanna, and guess what? They have a bar. Drinks on deck, while I pamper myself.
