I just wanted to write a quick a review to say a huge thank you to the girls at L&L for going out of their way to accommodate my very last minute request for an up do today. I only rang up yesterday and initially it looked like I'd left it too late but they agreed to open up especially to fit me in. Savannah is an absolute delight. From the second I sat in her chair she made me feel at ease and did such an amazing job of my up do! I would definitely come back here again. Thanks L&L ♡

I initially left feeling disappointed with my hair, as the colour didn’t turn out how I had expected and I wasn’t happy with the overall result. However, what truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer service that followed. Even though I was outside of the 3-day fixing timeframe, the salon still reached out, listened to my concerns, and offered to fix my hair, which I really appreciated. Savannah took the time to properly assess my hair, explain everything clearly, and then did an absolutely amazing job correcting it. I honestly couldn’t fault her at all. The way the team handled the situation completely changed my experience from negative to positive. It really shows how much they care about their clients and take pride in their work.
