I had the absolute pleasure of stopping by L&N Massage on my long drive home from graduating in Baltimore, and it was exactly what my body and spirit needed. My aunt and I booked a couples massage, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was next-level. Luxurious, warm, and welcoming—this Black-owned gem sets the bar high. What stood out most was the attention to comfort and intentional design. The massage beds were not only adjustable and mobile, but also lined with high-thread-count sheets (not those sticky disposable ones). Each bed had a cozy fur throw blanket and a warming pad underneath, which was such a game-changer for someone like me who usually freezes during massages. The massage room itself had plush, plus-size-friendly swivel chairs, and I was able to bring in my certified service dog with zero hassle—something that’s rare and so deeply appreciated. Bonus? They accept FSA, which is such a smart and inclusive move that instantly sets them apart from other spas. You can tell the owners understand both relaxation and wellness. If I could offer one tiny suggestion, it would be to warm the massage gel/lotion beforehand and maybe add some LED sky ceiling lights under faux clouds for an extra sensory vibe—but even without that, the atmosphere smelled amazing and helped me melt into total relaxation. Truly, this was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had—and it made my 5-hour drive home feel like a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of getting a massage by Loretta. I requested a special medical massage at the last minute via a business partner of hers, and it was phenomenal. She has over 15 years of experience, and you can truly see that in her drive, timeliness, compassion, and touch. She not only helped heal my body, but she ministered to my soul. I APPRECIATED THAT MORE THAN ANYONE COULD IMAGINE. She has such a healing spirit and calm demeanor that makes her so warm and welcoming. I love this gift that was bestowed upon her. Now, I believe in self-care. I get a massage once a month. So, having the experience wasn't new to me. I knew what to expect. However, I typically go for a male masseur as I carry a lot of lactic acid in this plus-size frame. However, she was strong and firm, which I loved. This deep tissue girl was in awe, but at the same time, she knew where to apply gentle pressure. That's a cultivated skill. I was ready for pain, but there wasn't any. There was pressure, reassurance, and breathing techniques for comfort. I really admired the "Smell Goods." I detest lavender and was greated with an island coconut vibe. For a girl who loves good aromatherapy, it was indulgent. Because she offers travel services, she came to me, which was greatly appreciated as I was in from OOT, so I unfortunately do not have pictures. However, this spa enthusiast agrees that this masseur knows her craft.

I went to get a Post-Op lymphatic massage and my experience was nothing short of amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I found the business through groupon because I'm always looking for a good deal or bargin. There were a few options available, but after visiting the websites, comparing locations, and reading reveiws I chose L&N Massage and I am so glad I did. The ambiance, the professionalism, and all around service was top tier. I left feeling much better than when I went and I will be going back for life. I plan to schedule an appointment for my husband as well. I highly reccommend this business for all your massage needs. 💯❤️💪🏾👍🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The experience is always great here. You have to go! The staff is friendly and nice. The massage is affordable. I have been about 3-4 times within the last two years. I am about to get the monthly membership. You have to treat yourself monthly- More Self Care!
