Edit: the way the manager, Albert, handled this whole mishap was beyond impressive! Albert was a busy manager and still redid my whole manicure for me himself rather than just repainting my nails. It’s rare that you find a place willing to go above and beyond to fix a mistake. My nails are so much better and the customer service was much better than yesterday!! Thank you!! Added before and after got a diamond manicure and a diamond pedicure here yesterday, 1/13. The massages felt great and the front desk assistant was the sweetest, which is why I’m giving two stars. However, I left very unsatisfied with my nails. I got regular polish this time, which I feel is a simple service compared to others but somehow this is what I left with. The top coat isn’t on my whole nail on most nails, the paint isn’t evenly spread on any of them, and my cuticles are painted on most nails too. I paid $45 for this manicure and am very disappointed that they turned out like this. Cute place, nice receptionist, but not great work.

10/10 can not recommend Lab Nail Bar enough. I was lucky enough to get Ty as my tech my first visit and have being scheduling with him every two weeks for the last 8-9 months. My nails have never been healthier, he is so talented and his attention to detail goes above and beyond. Feels like visiting a friend every time I go in, the conversations are great and I’m always laughing. Beyond the wonderful individual service; The staff is so welcoming and friendly, even small interactions are always positive. The salon is exceptionally clean, they offer a great variety of services and it’s always good, relaxing vibes! In all of my visits, this has never changed, and I love that! This is the exact experience you want when you go out to treat yourself.

I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday party and they went above and beyond for us! They had an adorable crown and birthday sash waiting for her to help make her day extra special! They were so kind to all of the girls and did such a great job accommodating all of their requests! We will absolutely be coming back!

I have been here several time I love how Ty has done my nails and also when Katie was there she was awesome. This time I tried out Alan and he is amazing and he truly takes his time to perfect everything.

Ty is really talented doing intricate nail designs! Came here needing a new nail salon because I just moved, and I think I’ve found my place! Highly recommend! Extremely clean place, and everyone is so kind and courteous!
