Ladibugs was incredible. They got us in for a same day appointment and then, when I panicked about waiting, moved us earlier for a check and treatment. They were responsive afterwards with my millions of questions and even gave us a complimentary recheck to make sure the treatment had worked when I got nervous about it (it had worked perfectly. I was being paranoid). I hope we never need them again, but I would go back in a heartbeat if we had to.

I never wanted to come here, but when I found lice in my daughter’s hair, I was so grateful Ladibugs Hair Care was open on a Sunday! Sharon was incredible: knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. My daughters felt comfortable and ended up having a fun experience: they laughed at the “freezing vacuum.” I am so grateful that an embarrassing, difficult situation transformed into a positive core memory. Service fees are worth it.

Never wanted to need a lice removal service but here we are! They were great with my daughter who was nervous and it was a quick, simple and easy process that gave us piece of mind! 100% worth it

My family and I came here after my daughter’s camp had a breakout. The service was quick, friendly, and easy to get through. The facility is family friendly, and included water, snacks, a tv (Disney), and had activities for the wait time. Prisma was efficient and gave us lots of information for future use. I would recommend if necessary for lice check and treatment. The prices were reasonable and included what was necessary.
