I love this location! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the music!! They blast WRIF, and it is awful! It is loud and outdated! They need more chill music, something that is not so bombarding!!!!!!

Mia is really Great! She has been cutting my hair for several years. Originally at the Sterling Heights location and now at Troy. She also does my hair coloring, beard trimming and color etc. She is very skilled, has an Awesome sense of humor and Lovely personality! Always a Nice experience!!

Had an awesome experience with Mia at Lady Jane’s. Not only did she give me a clean, sharp haircut, but she was also super fun to talk to the entire time. She really listened to what I wanted, paid attention to the details, and made the whole appointment feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

This would be my first visit to a Lady Jane's. My haircut prior to this at a different salon left me disappointed and my daughter recommended Lady Jane's to me as alot of her male friends go here. I was aware of the salon and I knew it had a "guys sport's bar" feel to it and it was pretty much as I imagined. Lots of TVs with sport's playing, punching bags, ect. After a quick check in I lounged in one of the many oversized leather chairs, a nice change to the typical chair or bench. My stylist took me to her station and we discussed my needs, she spent a few minutes with me to get a clear understanding before we went to the back for a shampoo. During the process she asked before she made cuts to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. My hair is alitte longer so it's not just a basic cookie cutter haircut so I really appreciated her taking her time to meet my expectations. After all was said and done I can say I was very pleased with the cut and service and surprisingly was less expensive than I had anticipated. I will definitely be returning. Update: My second visit wasn't as good as the first, although not bad either. Different stylist this time, she was pleasant and still did a good job however, although it wasn't busy she did seem to rush through the process. I was under the impression that a hair wash was included, as the previous stylist did, however not this time. My guess was this would reflect on the price, it didn't. I left with a good haircut but felt short changed. 3rd UPDATE: Found my girl (don't tell my wife). Trial and error but could not be happier.
