The staff were friendly and had informed me of all costs and preparation upping confirmation. Once settled they immediately get to work. Their handiwork was fine and precise. I just rested. Overall very satisfied with the service and price are comparable to current prices.

The facility is clean, the application of the lashes by Cici is very gentle and the quality of the lashes are excellent. The prices are affordable ($120 for a full set and $60 for 2 week refill) and located in an accessible area.

Good quality and friendly environment. And sometimes we get little late because of train system in city and they don't cancel instead patients. I don't mean every time late like 20min once a year it could happen. Just don't have any complaints. And job is always well done. Giving us water and helping us with blankets every small detail you guys care about. Good hygiene and clean air in the area of the office. My friend ZOEY she does mine all this years and years and other staff members are amazing as well.

A professional and helpful experience. I got to choose my curl type, type of lashes and many styles were available (color/texture). The lash tech helped pick out the best lash style for me for a natural look of 90 lashes per eye. It’s also at a convenient location near the D/M/F/B/N/Q/R trains. You need your ID to enter the building and for your appointment. They close at 8pm which is great because I was able to go after work. Definitely a great place to go to, and will update my review in 3 weeks to check longevity of lashes :3
