Used a Groupon deal to try out this place. Wow! I've received services along Florida's east coast from Jax to Miami and have to say I am impressed. Friendly and professional staff from start to end of visit. Spa like atmosphere. Before my scheduled IPL procedure I was met by a professional that explained services and packages available which are good value. My IPL procedure was performed by an RN that was highly trained and knowledgeable, and the procedure was the most comfortable I've ever experienced! This place uses the most advanced technology and makes sure staff is trained and proficient before using. Less than 24 hours later and I can already see positive results! Can't wait to go back and try out other services!

The. Best. THE BEST!!! Let me just tell you that I have been going to the same "spa/wellness/laser" place for over 10 years. I went out on a limb and ordered a groupon for RF that took me to laser loft. They treated me better than the place I've been going to for 10 years!!!! The service, the professionalism, the whole package was just a wonderful experience. I ended up also getting a black Friday deal for IPL and I have loved every second of it. The owner, London, really made me feel like they TRULY put people over profit. I can't say enough how great this place is. Good people who own good businesses do still exist. And Laser Loft is proof of this! Thank you Laser Loft!

I had a laser treatment done on my face at Laser Loft Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The experience was professional, clean, and very reassuring from start to finish. Yes, my face is a little sore afterward (which is totally expected), but it was 100% worth it — the results speak for themselves. You can really tell they care about skin health and overall wellness, not just quick fixes. I felt well taken care of and confident throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Laser Loft Spa to anyone who truly cares about their skin and wants real results.

My experience at The Laser Loft, booked initially through a Groupon spa package, was fantastic. The scheduling process for the infrared massage pod was convenient, handled efficiently via text. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the sophisticated and inviting aesthetic of the front office and the comfortable back waiting area. As a first-time client, I appreciated the brief consultation where they outlined their extensive service menu and available payment plans—definitely an opportunity to explore beyond your initial service. After a rejuvenating 30-minute session in the pod, I was ready to go. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making the visit truly pleasant. Scheduling my follow-up was effortless. Given their diverse offerings and flexible payment options, I highly recommend starting with a Groupon deal to discover the full range of services at The Laser Loft.
