(2022) I am still a loyal client here, 4 years later! Just want to update my review: Kelly is still my go to lash tech; however, I've had other tech provide me their service at Lash Envy and they're all skillful and kind. Love that they are easy to talk to and accomodate my changing minds of lashes lol. They get busy quick, but they are kind to notify you of any opening asap. I know some reviews complained about being ask to change your appointment due to their tech unforseen circumstance. But, I actually like that they notify me of other options (you don't have to change your time). Again, you won't regret going here! (4 years ago post) Absolutely love my new lash extension look! Kelly did a marvelous job on my lash, and she is so patient. She explained the process thoroughly from maintence to the various lash look that will best suit my tiny, short Asian lashes. She made sure I walked out with the best lash look to my personal preference, even if that means her remodifying certain lash. Been 2+ weeks and no fall outs nor issues! Can't wait to return!

I have found the place that actually does a GREAT JOB on lashes. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, my lashes still look great after 4 weeks. I've seen both Kai and Serena, they both know what they're doing. They listen, and I LOVE MY LASHES. Picture is 3 going into 4 weeks.

I have been going to Lash Envy to meet with Pa for my eyelashes for almost a year now! She does an absolutely amazing job and I am fully satisfied every time I go. I have been to many places around town and I have not been happy. Pa takes the time to do the job right, and she makes sure you are comfortable and always happy with the outcome! Pa goes the extra mile to do my lashes outside of my very crazy work schedule. I cannot say enough good things about her work and I would absolutely recommend her!

I did my first ever lash extensions here, I started with a classic natural set. The reason I was interested in the extensions is because I’ve grown so tired trying to find the perfect mascara and then having to remove it every night. I wanted to simplify the process and feel cute for my upcoming birthday and wedding. I will say, I almost dozed off during the process as I was so relaxed. When Kai had me open my eyes and look in the mirror I was shocked, my lashes looked amazing and I felt so pretty and it was so effortless. I will absolutely be coming to see her again. If you are like me and never wore a strip lash or had extensions I would suggest the natural classic set. I’ve received so many compliments, and like I said I just felt so beautiful. Thanks Kai!
