Great experience every time I visit. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the services they are rendering. I’ve had the Venus VIVA MD skin resurfacing and it has truly done amazing things to my skin. Skin tone and texture have never been better. I was having really bad pain in my left hand and was suggested to try the new Stem Wave Therapy. It was instant relief and only took minutes. I’ve had 3 sessions and it’s truly amazing that I have no pain in my left hand. I highly recommend this treatment. I also have lash extensions. My lashes are always the best. I get asked all the time if they are my lashes, they look so natural. I love that they are not overdone but they make my eyes look so awake and without the need of mascara. They offer so many other services also. I highly recommend Lash Moi.

Where do I even begin? I’ve been coming to Lash Moi since 2013, and it’s truly been my beauty and self-care sanctuary ever since. Over the years, there have been a few new faces, but what never changes is the incredible experience every time I walk through the door. Julie, the owner, has such a gift for building the right team, every staff member is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable and cared for. Of course, their lash services are top-tier, there’s a reason I’ve stayed loyal for over a decade. But Lash Moi offers so much more than just lashes. I’ve also had microblading done here, and I was blown away by how natural and flawless my brows turned out. It’s one of those services where you don’t realize how big of a difference it makes until you see the results and then wonder why you didn’t do it sooner! Most recently, I decided to try their StemWave therapy after dealing with stubborn lower back pain, something I’ve been struggling with since having my two babies (I’ll go ahead and blame the epidurals for that one)! I honestly can’t rave about it enough. After just a few sessions, I felt noticeable relief, and it’s made such a difference in my day-to-day comfort. It’s one of those services that not only helps your body feel better but also lifts a mental weight you didn’t realize you were carrying. ***Update (upgrade from 3 to 5): The owner/ops manager reached out to me almost immediately after I posted my original review. As I stated below, their customer service is excellent. Johnny offered a new full set free of charge and provided ample time slots (but without pressure). This time, the owner herself (Julie) installed my extensions. Not only was the look closer to what I wanted (a bit fuller and more dramatic), but 48 hours post service and everything is holding perfectly! I still suspect, it was likely the removal process that was the issue and may have made the adhesive less effective. But regardless of the reason, Lash Moi’s team made it right and ensured I was satisfied. I’ll be back! ************************************************** (Original review): The customer service was excellent. Tech was gentle, removed the remaining extensions from my previous service from another salon which were still going strong after about a month. She took plenty of time to explain after care to me and the gentleman who checked me out was also equally attentive and polite. I can say absolutely nothing negative about my experience with their staff. Unfortunately, the product was simply not as good as I was hoping. I truly believe this salon cares about the eye and lash health of their clients. And the feel of the lashes when they first were installed felt light and natural. However, the look was not as dramatic or distinct as I was hoping it would be. But most importantly, the lashes only lasted about a week despite following care instructions and using the specific care products from their salon. And it was the extensions that fell off rather than my natural lash shed. Only 72 hours after the service, I had lost roughly 30% of the extensions which would suggest that the adhesive or cure was in some way faulty or perhaps in an effort to be overly tender, they did not put enough adhesive on the lash (I am certainly not a certified tech, so that is only based on comparison to my previous lash experiences at other salons. In any event for the price and time investment, it was certainly disappointing. I do hope others have a better and more worthwhile experience. But still appreciate the friendly and caring service I received during visit.
