I’ve been to both the Cinco Ranch and Firethorne locations, and all the lash techs did an amazing job on my lashes! I love how they came out natural but perfectly defined.

I just started going here. The studio is very nice and calm. The receptionists are always nice. The 5 stars goes to Crystal. My 2 previous techs were not that good. Crystal is an aesthetician and has 2 different certifications in eyelashes. And it shows. My previous 2 techs, I felt the stinging and had watery eyes. Even when the second tech used sensitive glue. Then they itched so bad in between fills. Not with Crystal!!!! She put a layer of something on my eyelids and during the procedure NO PAIN! She knew what she was doing and explained why I had pain before. They look the best since going to her and I have no itching!!! Only use Crystal or an aesthetician. If they are not, RUN! For the studio I give them 2 stars for hiring random people and not offering bottom lashes.
