Customer Reviews for Lavelier New Orleans
Elizabeth Meyer — 5/5 (via Google)
I purchased the Lavelier Coral Luminous Wrinkle-Reducing Treatment at the River Walk in New Orleans. Once I opened and first started to use the product it came out a bit dry and “pilled” up on my skin rather than absorbing. I was concerned after looking online on how to reach the company and saw negative reviews that I had been misled. I still reached out To the vendor directly. The young lady was immediately responsive and escalate my concerns to her manager. They immediately offered me options as to my preference. They shipped me a brand new one at no expense to myself and or shipping. No hassle, no objections, just support and immediately resolved! Lea the young lady at the kiosk, even called and texted me for follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I’m quite satisfied with the product the service as well as the attentiveness! Thank you, Lea!
