As a newcomer to Manteca, I've been exploring the local nail salons. I initially visited Fabulous Nail Bar, near Bass Pro Shop, but their prices increased after their remodel, leading me to seek alternatives. I then discovered Lavender Nail Salon and have had about four appointments there with various technicians. I highly recommend Mimi; she is truly exceptional. She is meticulous, attentive to detail, and has even corrected issues from other technicians. Recently, I had a negative experience with another technician, whose name I will not mention, as three of my nails broke within a week at the point where the artificial nail meets the natural nail. This was not due to rough handling on my part. However, Mimi had previously done my nails, and given the severity of the situation and my dissatisfaction, she graciously redid my nails completely at no charge, rectifying the previous technician's work. IMO, this is how you keep customers happy and coming back thank you Mimi for taking care of me!

I had an amazing experience with Hanna at Lavender Nails. She did such an awesome job on my pedicure and was incredibly gentle and thorough, which I really appreciate since I have sensitive feet. It was honestly the best foot massage I’ve had in a long time. My feet felt completely pampered and refreshed afterward. Hanna has such a calm, relaxing personality that made the whole experience even better. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and paid attention to every detail. I will definitely be booking all of my future pedicures with her.
