(Update went back in and the nice guys were more than happy to take care of the problem and were very pleased to have a chance to make it right. Thank you guys!!) (That’s why we should take care of our small businesses because if this were a large chain I would be stuck with a bad cut)Went in for a walk-in and was expecting to wait but the gentleman said his appointment was running late so he would take me. Sure enough his appointment walked in about half way through my cut. I thought he was working faster but I couldn’t really tell. My corners tell you what he was thinking about…. His client that walked in and not my cut. I even tipped him quite well and this is what I have to look at. I hope he offers to fix his mistake.

YEOOOO.!!! From caveman to business man in under an hour. BIG shout out to mark for the slight of hand and the active listening when it came to the cut. Big project but he tackled it as if he's done this for 6 years or sum. Much love over at lavish barbershop. Will definitely be coming back.
