Omg I absolutely love love love the customer service and accommodations. Kelly did my nails and revamped my horrific nail set that I had prior to coming in at Lavish Nails. She created a ombré look with design and at first I was really nervous for the new look but I absolutely love my nails. Tracey did my pedicure and had amazing conversation. I messed up on my payment arrangement and she went over and beyond to make sure I was content. They asked me what I'd like to drink. Gave great conversation and fulfilled all my mani and pedi desires. I can't believe I did not come here sooner. I loved the massage Tracey gave for my pedicure. Such a relaxed environment with a very tranquil ambiance. I even fell asleep while Kelly gently did my nails. She was very soft to the touch and so precise. I came as a first time customer to try out the salon and review. Hands down the best on Westheimer. Thanks ladies. 💕❤️🥰👍🏾
