Today I took my daughter out for manis and this was our first time at Le's Nails... I think I've found my "home." Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and assured as walk-ins, we would be seated very soon. Sure enough! Despite being very busy, we were seated each with a manicurist and they were fully open to our photos of what design we wanted. After my daughter's technician reviewed her design she came back over to me and respectfully addressed the cost ($90) as the design included add-ons. I truly valued the polite professionalism and of course I was already prepared for a similar estimate. The costs are openly available on the wall in large obvious font. Clearly visible from anywhere within the shop. My technician took a picture of my screen-save from something we'd found online and he listened to my particular preferences and met/exceeded my expectations! We were suggested adding pedicures and you know what? It sounded excellent, so we added that experience today. The level of skill plus the attentive thorough service impresses me to return to this salon, especially since we received service from 3 technicians and all 3 were incredible! The "Le's Pedicure" was worth every buck! The facility is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. I felt that everyone here takes pride in the craft and I highly valued it! I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND I did not take a picture of the price list as such things change over time, but for a price-point is reasonable and affordable, in my opinion.
