I searched for 2 years to find the right nail salon in Columbia. Jennie (owner) is my ultimate favorite! Super clean place and they accept walk-ins and appointments.

My first experience here was a one star, the person who did my nails, although a very nice person, took a really long time (over an hour) and on top of that it was done really poorly. You can see that it’s not clean, the shape is uneven and my nails were not painted to the edge either. My nails started to bubble and chip off within 24 hours and only got worse over time. Unfortunately, I was the last person there on Saturday night so I had to wait till they were open again on Tuesday morning. (Today) When I came back in, I had a five-star experience! The man upfront was immediately apologetic and made steps to make this right. He was not here on Saturday but he did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with a different technician. Kammy (I don’t think I’m spelling her name right) was my technician and she was absolutely amazing! She was gentle the whole time throughout the process of taking the polish off and redoing it. On top of that, she was very meticulous and making sure that my nails came out perfectly! The evidence is in the pictures! This experience and the integrity of the management blew me away. I would definitely come back from the service I had today alone! I think that my first experience hopefully was a fluke, perhaps the person was off their game or something. Overall, 10/10 would recommend this place, especially Kammy!
