I’ve been coming here consistently, faithfully, & loyally for over a year. I strayed ONE single time simply because my nail home was closed & I was impatient. I only made that big mistake once, my friends. I absolutely detested the service & product I received from the other salon. Here at Lee Spa Nails, I have yet to receive anything but amazing service. I always see San. If she’s with another customer when I arrive, I patiently wait. Because she’s worth the wait. Also, I must say, that I have yet to see the waiting area seating be filled with waiting customers. Because if the customer traffic picks up & gets busy, they always have an appropriate amount of employees to make sure everyone is tended to in a timely manner. I always choose San to do my nails, because she doesn’t rush just to have a high turnover or to just get it over with. She takes her time to make sure my nails are done perfect. I never have any crooked nails, no bubbles in the polish, always rich quality colors that she always double or triple coats to ensure excellent pigment & she makes sure to gently pain the end of the nail to look the best. No excess acrylic under nail- she always makes sure to use the little pin head size drill bit to clean under the nails. She’s done literally every shape, length, & genre of polish on my nails (ex- magnet polish, pink & white ombre acrylic, hot pink & neon purple ombre acrylic, pink with hand painted white hearts & dots). Every time I walk in the door, everyone always greets me by name, not like a paying customer, but as a good friend. I am disabled & have to use a rollator to even walk. They open the door for me when they see me get out of my car & begin approaching the entrance, same as when I’m ready to go, someone holds the door open for me & even stands there to make sure I make it to my car safely. I could write a book on how amazing this nail salon is, especially their best employee- Miss San 🩷 Do yourself a favor, go see my friends at Lee Spa Nails in High Point right off North Main Street‼️

Came here the day before Thanksgiving, all the other shops in the area closed super early or had 1 hour wait times. They were open friendly and got right in the chair with no wait time. They did an amazing job on my nails, I’d definitely come back again :)

I came into Lee Nail for the first time on 2-15-26( Sunday ).There were two ladies that greeted me when i walked in . My daughter goes to HPU and told be about her experience, so i wanted to try it out as well. I am sooooo HAPPY that i did! San took her time, which i loved and she seems like a perfectionist, i am too at times. I just loved how she did my nails and made sure it was absolutely PERFECT !! I will be booking my next appointment with San !!! Thank you so much!!!!!
