I have never had a bad experience here. They do an amazing job, I can take my lunch, get my nails done and be back to work within an hour! Every picture I bring in they copy perfectly. Nail therapy at it’s best!

I felt compelled to leave this review because my experience here has been consistently excellent, and I honestly don’t understand the low Google rating. Before finding this salon, I tried two other nail shops in Belleville that looked very high-end and aesthetically beautiful. Unfortunately, while they looked nice, the quality fell short — my nails chipped quickly, and there was very little attention to detail. What really turned me off was being told things like “you need a new set, but we don’t usually suggest it when we’re busy,” which is not good customer service at all. Since coming here, I’ve had my nails done three times, and every single visit has been a great experience. I went to the gentleman twice and once to a female tech — both were exceptional. My nails lasted, the work was clean and precise, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right. I also brought my son in for a pedicure, and they did an amazing job. His feet definitely needed the extra care, and they were patient, thorough, and professional the entire time. As someone who is a bit of a perfectionist and really values quality work and good customer service, this place absolutely delivers. The gentleman who works here is especially professional and talented, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or this salon in general to anyone. If you’re hesitant because of the Google rating, don’t be. Based on my experiences, this salon is 100% a go-to, and I’ll definitely continue coming back.

I could be way wrong, but I think my techs name was Brandon. He was great and did a phenomenal job!! He was very friendly and took his time doing my nails. They look great and I’m happy customer!
