I’ve been doing my nails for two years now with Kai and I am absolutely happy with her services. Her nails are absolutely beautiful, well done and last me forever. Her pedis are great too and she is very nice and pleasant. Lissette and Mafer are amazing too, and the Geisy at the front desk so nice and friendly. This is absolutely the best nail place in Pembroke Pines!!

Okay, so I have to tell you about Level Nail Lounge because it was such a good experience. First off, this was after I had called Polish Lounge in Davie and experienced the most severe attitude for the second time—I couldn’t even keep my appointment and just hung up the phone. So, coming here was such a refreshing change. When you go to a nail salon, you really want to feel taken care of. I work in an emergency department, so my hands are constantly in use, and it means a lot to have someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Yani was amazing—funny, sweet, and even though she spoke Spanish and I spoke English, we just made it work. That’s South Florida for you! People speak all kinds of languages, so you either figure out how to communicate with hands, feet, and eyes—or learn the language. Either way, it’s awesome that it all comes together. As for the service I got: I had my previous hard gel manicure removed and got it redone. Yani even told me it was actually good enough for a refill, which I appreciated, but she ended up doing the whole set over for me anyway. I also got a gel pedi removed and a new gel pedi. I don’t usually like showing my toes, but trust me, it looks great. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Watching the front desk person manage everything—helping clients, delegating, keeping the salon running smoothly—was so impressive. It reminded me of when I was younger in the service industry, trying to put my best foot forward. Honestly, the whole team made the experience amazing—I left feeling taken care of and appreciated. And I loved the vibe. I’m a simple girl—I don’t need a ton of glitz and glam—but it was just a nice, relaxed little space. They even have a bar menu, so you can sip champagne or wine while getting your pedicure, which was fun. And it’s not just for girls—there was a dad there with his daughter and, I’m assuming, his wife, getting their nails done, so it’s clearly a place for everybody. After my experience with Polish Lounge, this place really stood out. Everyone was professional, kind, and just made the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely coming back.

Hi, i just wanted to say that i have taken my daughter to level nail lounge several times and the service has been exemplary. My daughter has had two technicians, Kai and Laura and she has loved them. She has done both her hands and feet and they have lasted through several weeks without chipping. The service is amazing! The receptionists are always welcome and receive us with a smile. They are very helpful with the organization of appointments. Highly recommended!
