I purchased a Groupon for 3 Venus Legacy RF skin tightening treatments. Applying and using the Groupon was easy, I made sure to make them aware when I called to schedule. They informed me over the phone they would do a consult first and treatment same day. I just got my 2nd treatment a few days ago. It's pretty quick, totally painless for my neck(I was informed other body parts they use a higher setting and it may feel more intense). I seem to be seeing slight improvement so far, granted I am using topical creams that I purchased online for wrinkles but I think the combination is what is showing for sure. We'll see how things look a few weeks after last treatment. My tech Aubrey is extremely professional and keeps things light, fun, breezy & calm. Great experience so far!

This place is exceptionally, friendly and accommodating, they are knowledgeable and efficient and very patient even when they didn’t have to be. I had some trouble getting to the appointment and I called the call center. It was absolutely a terrible experience talking to the call center But don’t let that sway your opinion of the facility itself. I waited on hold for 18 minutes just to be sent to voicemail. The reason for my call was to let them know that I was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. I was furious by the time I was able to speak to someone in person. I was not looking forward to my appointment. I thought it was going to be absolute chaos. When the person in the office got the transcript of my call from the call center, they immediately called me and cleared everything up. I also got a direct contact number, I could message should that happen again. What started out as an absolute nightmare that I was sure was going to get even worse when I got to my appointment actually turned out very very well. The experience with the girls in the office was beyond my expectation. Thank you for being so kind even when you didn’t need to be and going above and beyond I will be back. Thank you.
