My toddler had a great experience. She got to pick out a fun chair to sit in. They put on a movie and that really helped her stay still. Mackenzie was so helpful and offered great suggestions for my toddlers hair care. After her cut, my toddler enjoyed playing in their play area for a few minutes. Overall she really enjoyed herself and had a positive experience for her first hair cut.

He wasn't always the easiest kid to cut hair for, but they always handled him with a smile, patience, and sincerity. I took him somewhere else once because we live in Longview and i thought I'd see if he would handle somewhere closer, but we went back to Lil Snippers because they just know how to deal with kids! I couldn't recommend them enough!
