PSA if you’re growing your hair out: book someone who does true scissor work. I’d spent two years growing my hair and kept getting “trims” that set me back months. I waited 7 months before seeing Paul George, and he listened, kept my hard-earned length, and shaped it with precision so it actually moves and sits right. First time I’ve left a chair loving my medium-length hair—and not reaching for a cap. It was $90 and absolutely worth it. Save yourself the frustration and spend it once with a stylist who respects length. I’ll be back. And bonus: he’s genuinely kind and easy to talk to—zero ego, all skill.

Paul George is incredibly talented and always takes the time to create a custom look that makes me look my very best. Further, he takes the time to show me how to effortlessly create the look myself. I love the vibe of his studio and his custom products have been a serious game changer. He has done things with my hair I didn't even know were possible... repeatedly! I always leave feeling my best.

Came in for a haircut from a Groupon. Paul was super friendly and talkative. My haircut was simple but turned out great! You'd be surprised how easy it is to mess up a trim. The space is easy to find with plenty of parking. I really like how he had his salon suite decorated and there was a window and super high ceilings which made it feel more open and not cramped at all. I wish the hair wash was a little longer and more massage-y. I also kind of wish I'd been given a little more input and guidance about my hair and what might look or work better. My hair is medium to long, fine, super straight and thinning just to give an idea. And I'm not 100% certain I got the deep conditioning treatment that was included with my groupon but no biggie. That's probably the only reasons for knocking off a star. Other than that I look forward to going back in the future. The space, conversation and cut made up for anything I might've been slightly disappointed with. Definitely worth the drive and checking out if you are in the market for a new stylist. He does seem to book up quick, I waited about 3 weeks to get in. So jump on it sooner rather than later!

Awesome guy, awesome salon. Sublime experience! Walks you through his process and steps. Pays great attention to your facial structure and hair type. Already planning my future visit!

Tucker Sherrill — 5/5 (via Google)

As everybody else before me has already stated, Paul is about as good as it gets. Phenomenal haircut, great personality and atmosphere, easy conversation. If you want an appt you’re going to have to be patient and wait a little while for your opportunity, but there’s a reason for it. I’ve always struggled with haircuts in the past and found it hard to get a haircut I liked, but Paul just nailed it right out of the gate and made it seem so effortless. Extremely talented and worth every penny.
