Been a long time customer for years because I love the atmosphere, quality of service, and lively conversion. Ky is super; he’s willing to manually file and soak gel off instead of using the electric drill, he is detail oriented, experienced with diff design + color combos, clear with communications and pricing, and provides puns/jokes, all of which are appreciated. I’m a creature of habit and typically go with my usual 1-2 gel favorites, but Ky occasionally suggests slight variations or alternative style if I am wanting to change it up. We have experimented with Cats eye, chrome, and various French tips and I have enjoyed venturing outside my comfort level.

I went in and the staff is very nice and professional. It’s a great location and I’m grateful they took me in as a walk in. I normally go to someone else at a different nail salon and I’ll probably stick with them. My nails with the acrylic are much thicker, weirdly seem like a circle shape and have a lot of excess acrylic towards the cuticles. I got this manicure two weeks ago and the tips are loosing color and making my nails look even more wonky. My nail artist was as sweetest as can be, so caring to the process but I think needs more experience and hopefully I didn’t right here since I was anxious about the timing. I requested skinnier oval and they ended up wide and round.

Highly recommend this shop and Kim! She repaired my nails yesterday. After having had a bad experience with a different place. (See pictures) Kim was patient and took her time to restore healthy beauty to my nails. Thank you Kim!
