I have been a client of LivBay Lash Centennial for several years now. I initially became a client because of their open availability and hours they are open. I love that I am able to get an appointment early in the morning before I start my working day so that I don't have to find time in the middle of my work day for my lash fills. My lash artist Erika has been a delightful professional and has become my "sister-friend-girl-supporter" and someone I am excited to see every week! I have had last minute appointments that I was able to make with other lash artists for various reasons and while all lash artists at LivBay use the same professional products, each artist is an individual artist and able to do lashes the way they do lashes! This is not a cookie cutter lash business! Another important factor for me is, my lash artist maintaining the health and "wealth" of my real lashes, which is very important for lash retention! The recliners are comfy and "nap ready" with blankets and the environment is fun and relaxing. FINALLY, I value and appreciate being valued and appreciated at LivBay Lash! The rewards, discounts and member offers are consistent! You are rewarded for booking ahead, and gift card purchases always come with a reward as well! I feel like I am one of their "lash baddies" and not just a paying client!
