I picked out the wrong color (it was too sheer) and the tech suggested a brighter better color mid-way through painting, they didn’t make my cuticles bleed which usually happens elsewhere, and they added some cute nail trims to enhance the details when I hadn’t even asked myself! Lo Spa in Lakeshore East is consistently phenomenal. They’re close to home for me and every time I need a last minute walk in, they squeeze me in and do a great job! I’ve probably had 5+ various techs over the years and every single one has done a great job. Salon itself is clean and beautiful. And they have a ton of color options - Which are also organized and easy to find. Love this place!
