She actually has YOUR best interest at heart. She's very patient and really cares about the excellence and presentation of her work.💜💜💜 And Malik is very knowledgeable and super swift when it comes to hair coloring. Literally only took him 35 mins TOPS!!! They’re the best in the area! Hands down! My boy combed his dreads out and grew out his sides. He needed instant locs with extensions, Jessica and Malik put him back in the game! He looked as if he went for a retwist. Everyone was so nice including the owner! She was very attentive and knowledgeable! They made us feel like family! Will definitely be back!

Today was my first visit to the Locs Factory and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I walked in long overdue on a Friday afternoon and were taken care of without hesitation. The atmosphere is nothin short of family friendly and Ms. V has a great and solid team behind her. Thank you Ms. Jada and Arie for placing a touch of love on our heads today.
