What a place! Great service. Very clean and professional. My wife got the signature package. She couldn't say enough about the great service Leah provided. They had sneaks as well while I waited in the waiting area. 2 plus hrs later my wife came out with the biggest smile! Worth a try and you'll love it.

If i could give 6 stars i would. My hair has never felt better and the facial + massage was so relaxing. The best relaxing experience. I went with a group for a birthday and it was so fun, we had the place to ourselves and were all treated like Queens.

I had the Signature Glow combo with Shelby. The entire experience was soooo relaxing & luxurious. Shelby was AMAZING...I'm pretty sure I dozed off at least twice during my session. The facility is clean & well organized, loved being able to book services online & in advance. I highly recommend & I will be visiting again...hopefully soon!

My friend and I booked the Calm Booking Together experience at Lois Headspa and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and immediately felt taken care of. We were introduced to our therapists right away, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. One of my favorite parts at the beginning was getting to smell the different therapies and select the treatment that best fit us. It felt very customized and thoughtful. We were then taken to the changing area where they provided incredibly soft, comfortable robes and secure lockers for our belongings. They made sure we were completely comfortable before moving us along. Next, we went into the scalp analysis room where they showed us detailed images of our scalps and explained what was going on. It was so interesting and helpful to actually see everything up close before starting the treatment. After that, we were taken to our private room for the two of us, which made the experience even more special. The treatment tables are heated and so comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. The entire service was calming, luxurious, and so well done. Once finished, we returned to the analysis room to see the improvement in our scalps, and it was amazing to see the difference. They ended the experience by blow drying our hair so we left feeling refreshed and put together. From the cozy heated tables to the attentive staff and personalized care, everything was thoughtful and relaxing. It was the perfect experience to share with a friend. I will definitely be back.

She took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step of the facial, which I really appreciated. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably glowing. Maddy’s touch is both gentle and confident. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. The space was calm, clean, and soothing, which made the whole experience even better.
