I love this salon so much. Reina consistently gives me FANTASTIC haircuts. Aimee consistently gives me beautiful color. I have curly hair which can be complicated. A breakdown of what I like and why * Reina’s haircuts grow out beautifully * She creates haircuts for how I live and wear my hair not the one day I’ll spend after the salon * Each time I come back I tell her what worked and what became a problem and she adjusts. I get a haircut that is slightly different each time and responds to the season * She remembers the conversations we had the previous visits and refers to them (this is different from many stylists who will ask you the same questions in a single session) * The pricing is really reasonable. *Aimee discusses the color with you and works to get it just right. *This time when I returned, I said the color looked great and needed no changes but Aimee decided a different formula with less ammonia and less time setting would get the same results and cause less damage. My hair looked even better and took far less time! *Her voice is calming and the process enjoyable. * The pricing is extremely reasonable. I’ve gone to far more expensive salons and had bad experiences. *Aimee and Reina work really well together - it’s a fantastic experience and l love going there. Everyone at the salon is skilled, but Reina and Aimee are truly exceptional. I give them my highest recommendation.

Phoenix is the best hair dresser I have ever had. They understand the assignment every time and execute to a tee. I used to be completely hopeless with my thin, flat hair until I started seeing Phoenix 2 years ago and now I get compliments on my hair all the time. They have truly transformed my hair.

Phoenix is AMAZING. They walked me through the whole process of what was a pretty big change for my hair, and really, really listened to what I wanted and helped to transform my vague wishes into a style that I am super thrilled with. They stayed kind, helpful, professional, and generally awesome through 4.5 hours on their feet during my session. The salon itself is clean, comfortable, queer friendly, and just... Pleasant to be in. The person working the desk and doing most of the cleanup was very sweet and helpful.
