I had an amazing experience!.. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, friendly, and attentive. The salon was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel instantly at ease. My nail tech/artist took the time to listen to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it—pun intended! My nails and pedicure both turned out flawless, and the quality of the products they use is top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends.

I come here every two weeks (working with my hands means i need to take good care of them!) and the staff at lotus are always so kind and friendly. everyone always says hello to me uuwhen i arrive and they always fit me in even when i'm running behind (sorry y'all 😭) the quality of their work is great, much better than other nail salons i have been to in the area. Tracy and Linh always take great care of me. thank you so much for all you do ladies! and also the place is really coming along with the covid renovations, it looks great!
