My service here was amazing. I’ve been wanting to have a head spa for a long time. I know some friends who have been here and, when I noticed their pumpkin spice scrub/fall special, thought this was a great answer to the questions I get each year from people asking what they can get me for my birthday. I don’t need more physical things, but experiences and self-care? Mark me down. I was hitting a lot of traffic on my Saturday morning drive from the South Hills to Cranberry and was starting to get stressed about being on time. When I arrived at what I thought was the parking lot just a minute or two before my scheduled service, I hit the “I’m here” button and walked along the strip mall that contains the Ulta, only to find I wasn’t there at all. They were actually in a completely separate strip mall behind this one. A bit confusing to find, but the person who answered the phone helped me figure this out and everyone was kind and accommodating. I was appreciative, as that could have started my service on a stressful note. (They will have moved by the time you read this, so these directions won’t apply anymore.) It was fun to see my scalp analysis and learn that my scalp actually looked really good. I don’t use a lot of heavy products or dry shampoo to weigh it down. The service itself far surpassed my expectations. The scrub smelled absolutely dreamy, and the water rinse you see on Instagram felt wonderful, but the unexpected best part of a head spa that will keep me coming back as often as I financially can is the head and neck massage. I did not expect that to be so long and so good, and as someone who has been dealing with the aftermath of a head injury for the past couple of years, that was incredibly beneficial to me. My technician was knowledgeable and listened and understood my needs and goals. If you would like a full blow dry that is an extra charge which I had not purchased, but my technician did rough blow dry my hair just a bit so I wasn’t going out into the fall air with a wet head. This was a wonderful experience and I would love to do it once a quarter or so which I think is reasonable. Certainly made a great gift!!

Absolutely loved my spa treatment! My scalp feels amazing and my hair has never felt better. My hair is so soft and shinier. The whole experience was relaxing, rejuvenating, and worth every minute. Highly recommend for self care and stress relief!

Amazing experience- 10 stars. I got the head spa, a hair cut and eye brows tinted and waxed. I’ve been going to Erika for close to 10 years when she was located in a different area of Pittsburgh. Erika is the best at what she does and trains her staff to be equally established in the expertise. I’ve gone to her for everything including highlights. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything perfectly. I am so grateful she is local in Cranberry for all my spa needs. I love supporting working mothers and she is one of the best.

Rae is amazing—so knowledgeable, informative, and always happy to share product recommendations and tips for keeping my hair healthy. Have yinz heard of Love EB- luxury head spa? Well, it’s a must-check-out! Located right in Cranberry, this spa offers an incredible experience that lives up to the hype. These head spa treatments combine a deep scalp cleanse with classic spa rituals for the ultimate relaxation. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. I felt completely immersed in tranquility as the luxurious treatments refreshed and detoxed my scalp and hair. They use vegan, plant-based products, and the exfoliation was top-notch. The room aesthetics were beautiful, the space was clean and inviting, and the service was incredible. I had my treatment with Rae—who has truly magical hands! If you're looking for a 10/10 spa experience, this is the place to go!
