While it was a bit new for me not to soak my feet during the pedicure, I’m excited to see how their “Smart” pedicure treatment works—and so far, I’m impressed. I had two different nail techs, one for my pedicure and one for my manicure, and both were incredibly kind and took their time with my services. Their precision was phenomenal. At other nail salons, I often notice a small spot left unpainted, but I can confidently say that won’t be an issue here. No matter who services you, you will leave more than satisfied with your nails. Not all heroes wear capes—and here, that hero is their amazing Host. I arrived late to my appointment and was met with nothing but warmth and professionalism. She greeted me by name, offered to take my coat, and provided beverages without a hint of judgment. She did this for every guest who walked in, truly elevating the entire experience. She seamlessly balanced welcoming guests, translating when there was a language barrier, assisting nail techs, and genuinely engaging with everyone in the salon. So happy I tried this salon! It was my first time getting a Russian manicure and I will definitely be back. Mona did an excellent job on my nails - she answered all my questions and made sure I got the nails exactly as I wanted them. Dasha also did a wonderful job on my pedicure and my whole experience was fabulous.
