Oscar Green is both personable and professional! He gave my 75 year old mother a memorial tattoo when we lost my brother and we are very happy with him and the results. He put her at ease for her first tattoo! The shop is very clean and the staff was friendly. Thanks Oscar, see you next time I visit from Phoenix!
