My first time here. What’s left of the remaining hair on my head was a mess. I wasn’t expecting much. Wow!!! I was amazed at the wonderful job the barber did! It’s like…she read my mind. I would have to say this was one of the best haircuts I have received in my seven decades. The barber was wonderful and even explained “curling” to me, which was the Olympic event on the shop television. I was also surprised when I was paying. I thought the $27 with the old coot discount was quite reasonable, and then I found there is an additional $2 discount for cash. So…if you’re in the north Berkeley county/Goose Creek/Summerville area and are reading this, and you’re needing QUALITY barber services, then look no further. This is where you need to be! I might add, they open at 0800, and aside from the old fart-I mean senior discount, they also have discounts for the heroes-(military and first responders). The one thing is they’re not located directly on the roadside but are in a small strip mall off the highway. HOWEVER, not hard to find, and if you don’t have GPS-if you’re traveling north on 17 (South Live Oak) as soon as you cross US 176 get in the right lane, and on the right is a 3 story brick office building, Berkeley Medical Complex. Take a right turn there and you’ll see two rows of shops, this is in the left one. If you’re coming from Moncks Corner traveling south, as soon as you see Rudd plumbing on the right, it’s on the left.
