Went in for gel x nails and cats eye. Wonderful experience as always! Q did an amazing job with her creative heart design, customer service, and of course the nails! The overall atmosphere of the store is very fancy but still manages to have affordable pricing! I've reccommended all of my friends to this nail place, the best in crystal lake!

**Update: Still AMAZING 3 sets later! I had my first visit to LT Nails, and I am absolutely blown away! My nail tech, Q, is truly one of a kind. Her skill, attention to detail, and artistry are unmatched. She is incredible with intricate designs, delicate detailing, and even 3D nail art—every nail she touches becomes a tiny masterpiece. Watching her work is like watching a true artist in action, and she makes the whole experience feel so personalized and special. The gelx application she did for me was beyond perfection. She went above and beyond to ensure every nail was flawless, and the results speak for themselves. It’s been six weeks, and I only have one nail starting to lift—seriously impressive longevity! I usually like to test out nails before writing reviews, and this one has exceeded all expectations. Honestly, I almost don’t want to share this because Q feels like the best-kept secret in Crystal Lake. But I can’t keep it to myself—if you want nails that are perfectly executed, long-lasting, and absolutely stunning, LT Nails is the place to go. Updated Review 31Jan2026 Emily was super friendly teaching me how to checking-in builds points. Kevin completed an Acrylic Removal & Mani. Additionally custom BYOB application of ePhD Nail Treatment (upon request). Kevin (Manager) honored a missed included drink for my past "Blissful Bellini Pedicure". Shawn constructed a fantastic "Gummy Bear martini". Last minute, 3d and cat eye hearts with mani. Such a fun experience. Q is so open to new innovations and upkeep as she made her travels from florida. I've tried a few other places in the area but this one is by far my favorite, I love coming here! Everyone is always super friendly and the work they do is amazing! I've been a few times now to get gel x nails and I love the results every time. I tend to ask for pretty intricate nail art designs as well, since I have a talented artistic friend who designs the art for me, and every time they have come out beautifully. They do such a great job and are always so accommodating, especially of my requests, and they do it efficiently and with great quality. They also take great care with removing my gel x nails to. I've never left with my nails too damaged, theyre careful and gentle eith the removal process I most recently had an appointment with Q and I was so happy with the results. Q is one of the best people there, and I highly recommend getting an appointment with her if you can, she's so friendly and her work is always amazing! You don't need an appointment, they do accept walk-ins. However, I would definitely recommend making an appointment in advance, especially if you have a specific nail tech you want to see or if you're going to be adding on extra services like nail art or 3D nail art just so you can have that extra block of time.
