TLDR: From the hairstyling itself to customer service, this place is 15/10!********** My grandmother has been going here for a long time, and I recently had the pleasure of accompanying her. First and foremost, my grandma's hair always looks great after visits here! All staff are very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. My grandma has balance issues and her stylist/the owner (Lu Ann, but I think she goes by Laurie. Sorry if I got that wrong!) was extra attentive and helpful in that regard. For everything my grandma had done, I was blown away at how reasonable pricing was. In short, this place checks every important box and then some! PS: I also really appreciate her squeezing my grandma an appointment in with short notice!
