Edit: they reached out for me to come in and fix it - and they did a really nice job the 2nd time. I appreciated their reach out and handling of this! I usually come here, but today I went with someone different named Tais and it came out so bad. The shaping was strange and each nail has bubbles and mistakes throughout. 45 dollars on this plus tip wasn’t worth it.

Angel is lovely and does such a beautiful job and all the other women who work there are warm and kind. Plus the couch is cozy to wait if you need to.

This is long but a must-read! I have been searching high and low for a new nail spot. I’m loyal, sometimes to a fault, so it takes me awhile to find exactly what I’m looking for because once I do, I’m committed. That is how I feel about this salon, after my first visit I am committed. It is EVERYTHING and more! I got a Jelly Pedicure, which is HEAVEN. I hold a cosmetology license and I haven’t seen these pedis anywhere! From start to finish, it was so relaxing and it felt amazing. Whatever that jelly is, I would pay to bathe/lay in it daily, not kidding. The lovely woman who did my pedicure got every bit of hard-anything off of the bottoms of my feet. my feet were literally baby soft and still are 24 hours later. She did an amazing job at paying attention to every part of my toes, skin around toes, cuticles, nail quality (I needed some acrylic for my big toes, they were brittle and broken), and her French pedicure lines are the perfect width. There is a HUGE selection of nudes/pink bases for French or natural looking toes. The massages (yes, multiple) were throughout the service and were not rushed. I put my phone down each time she started just so I can really enjoy the full service. Next I got a full set of acrylic tips, with ombré and then nail shaping. Francii is probably the best nail tech I have ever been to, sincerely. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years (I am 36) and I took a much-needed break (look at my embarrassing before photo!!!) from getting my nails done due to severe deterioration of my natural nails. The products that a lot of the salons use are illegal/dupes and literally eat your natural nails. I had no nails at one point and am even lucky they grew back. I am so happy and lucky that I found Francii. She understood my nail issues and took the time to educate on the acrylic. Francii’s talent (just look at their website photos) is beyond what most nail techs can do. Also, she is polite, informative, clear about making sure you get what you want, and her vibe is so chill and to sit in a salon for as long as we do when we go, that’s a big deal for me, as I hate small talk. For people who are into current nail trends, she is your girl. My nails are skinny, straight, and thin! Not bulky, curved, thick and fat. She has a chart that tells you the lengths so you actually know numerically, the length of your tip at that time and moving forward. I found that super helpful because I wear longer nails. The selection of color they have both for gel and acrylic is immense and any photo or example you show them, they have the color. The space itself is girly, welcoming, clean and spacious. The chairs and couches you sit on while waiting and during service so super cute and definitely more comfortable than the chairs at most salons. Everything is new and well-maintained and all the tools are sterile. They even make sure your hands are clean prior to service, which no tech has ever asked me to do. Also, they play great TV shows while you’re sitting! Everyone there when I was there had fun watching Greys Anatomy, I’m pretty sure we all teared up at one part of an episode. No one was sitting there on there phones, myself included. Which is helpful to the techs, it’s annoying and slows the service down when clients are on their phones during a nail service. They would never tell you as they wouldn’t, but it is! They have tea and water, they take Apple Pay, you can walk in, call or book online. It’s VERY different than your average nail salon and I will not be going anywhere else any time soon. I paid $165 for: Jelly Pedicure with French and nail repair. Full set, ombré acrylic, with nail shaping. I was beyond happy with the pricing and happy that they have clear pricing for the additional services like ombré and nail shaping that take extra time and skill to do. Techs should always be paid for their work but salons aren’t that good at being transparent, consistent, and up front about it. This place is. I’m obsessed!
