I had an amazing piercing change and absolutely love my new jewelry. Kendall was fantastic!! Super knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. She helped me pick the perfect piece and the result looks incredible as well as super personable and so easy to talk too!! I highly recommend Kendall to anyone looking for a great piercer and a smooth, quality experience!!

Kendall is by far the most trusted, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable piercer I’ve ever met and is the only person I’m letting pierce me. Never once have I been anything but elated with her work and she has a customer for life with me. The place smelled amazing and was extremely clean as well

Becky is a great tattoo artist! She did my first tattoo of one of my pet rats that just recently passed away, and it looks beautiful! It’s pretty detailed. Just line work with some shading. The tattoo is about the size of my palm. My tattoo costed me 250, but I tipped her 50 on top of that. It looks so cute! Kendall pierced my earlobes and my septum, and she did such a good job too! I believe it was 140 total, and I also tipped her. I tipped her 30 because she did super good. Definitely recommend! They care about their clients, and will be honest with what they can’t and can tattoo/pierce on you. Everything was also super clean and sterile! 🥰

Taking my daughter to get her piercings was a big moment, and Kendall at The Lucky Cat made it absolutely seamless. From the moment we walked in, Kendall’s warmth and professionalism set the tone. They greeted us with a glowing smile and immediately made both of us feel comfortable and cared for. Kendall took the time to explain everything — the process, the aftercare, the safety — in a way that was clear, reassuring, and age-appropriate. As a parent, I appreciated how they empowered my daughter while keeping me informed every step of the way. It wasn’t just about the piercings — it was about trust, respect, and making the experience special. Their technique was flawless, their workspace immaculate, and their energy? Absolutely radiant. Kendall brings a rare blend of expertise and kindness that turns a simple appointment into a memorable experience. If you're looking for someone who truly understands how to work with families and make everyone feel at ease, Kendall at The Lucky Cat is the one.

Have gotten both tattoos and piercings here. Kendall was perfect she has done my seconds and my cartilage, all of them had minimal pain and good healing time. Becky has done both my tattoos, ribs and forearm, she was patient with me for the ribs since it hurt but turned out perfect. The forearm tattoo was a cover up of a stick and poke done in middle school and it’s fully covered now while remaining fine lined
