So I just came from Lucky Nails in New Britain and I feel lucky to have found this little gem. My daughter decided to treat me to a full set and some eyebrows, and we had a little girls day of it and they made us feel very welcome and it was comfortable. The vibe was very chill. The place was so clean and well organized. They had cozy chairs for you to sit in while you wait for your turn and as soon as I came in, they let me start picking a color. It’s like they knew that I’m very indecisive and I needed extra time. I love it. Everybody was so nice and catered to our request with no problems. Im so bad at remembering names and I’m sorry for that but thank you to the nice lady at chair #4 and the sweet girl at chair #6 you both took great care of me and my daughter. We plan to come back soon for pedicures!

A little tip for personalized service schedule an appointment it can get very busy but the do their best to accommodate walk-ins.

No obnoxious tv reality shows on the tv. Peaceful relaxing city, nature scapes. Peaceful music in background. For me is very relaxing which I need. Stressful job...my hour with Kayla is so quiet, great break from everyday chaos
