Got my hair washed, cut and blow dried today by Franci. Very happy indeed with my hair cut and the way she styled it. Franci is really lovely, she knows her stuff and helpful in giving me advice when I was asking her for styling tips. My hair has never looked as amazing as it does today and I genuinely mean that. I booked in to have a hair up-do with Hannah. This was my first visit to Luke Ormsby salon. Hannah suggested a half up do, and she did an amazing job! Hannah consulted with me through the whole process to make sure I was happy with the result. I left the salon feeling great about my hair! Everyone at my niece’s wedding commented on how lovely it looked. I would definitely return there.

Hannah is incredible. My haircut was exactly what I wanted and needed! Plus Hannah is just so lovely! I have quite thick hair and do often feel a bit daunted about getting it cut, but Hannah never makes me feel self conscious about it and always delivers the perfect cut for me.

I have been going to Luke Ormsby Hair in Pinner since it opened in 2020. I love going there to get my hair done. The team are very welcoming and professional. They make your experience worthwhile and always make you feel like a million dollars when you leave your appointment. I love all of the products that they use in the salon. They all smell amazing and not chemically - even the hair dye products do not have a chemical smell to them. The shampoos and conditioners all smell like citrus. It is very reassuring to know that it is all organic. I have been using Jennie as my stylist for many years and would highly recommend her services. She always delivers and listens to her clients to make sure that they get the haircut and colour service they desire, a service that is, sadly, all too often absent at other salons.
