Wonderful experience! The spa is relaxing, spotless, and filled with beautiful tropical greenery. The moment the warm water touched my scalp with just the right pressure, I felt all the stress from a busy week melt away. The staff is incredibly friendly and polite, and I felt refreshed, calm, and completely relaxed after the deluxe treatment. I also really appreciated the warm herbal tea they offered before and after the treatment — such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for the amazing service. We will definitely be back soon and will happily recommend you to friends and anyone who needs a place to unwind. One small suggestion: the spa looks a bit dark from the outside in the evening, so adding a bit more exterior lighting might help make it more inviting and attract even more customers.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. I felt so relaxed after my session, I actually fell asleep! They really took their time and did a great job putting me into a deep state of relaxation. This is the best Headspa in Seattle. Everything about the experience was top notch. The Luxury Package was well worth the cost. I like that they offer a more affordable, hair wash only experience. I'm excited to go back!

I got a double package deal for the luxury headspa services and the customer service was great. They were able to quickly check us in, serve tea, provide slippers, and give an intimate and healing atmosphere. Communication was direct and there was ample silence except for some of the noise from the main roads. The massage was generally relaxing - I think there were some spots and areas that could've been more refined and focused on, specifically with a massage brush or comb for a better experience. The best part of the package was really the headspa and they are really thorough with scrubbing, rinsing, massaging, and going through the whole scalp and shoulder area to make sure everything is cleansed and thoroughly serviced. There's a good amount of time with the halo and all of my limbs, shoulders, and head felt comfortable the entire time. The blow dry was also very thorough and they service tea at the end as well! It's a yummy, slightly herbal and floral tea that feels great. Overall, I would recommend Lumen for the headspa services specifically.

It’s very serene, beautifully decorated, and smells so good at this spa. The service was amazing, I am so pleased with my visit. Tina was my attendant and she provided such a tranquil and lovely experience. I booked the Luxury package, it’s quite worth it. Parking was easy, too. Next time I’m feeling run down and tired, I’ll visit for a refresh. I was so relaxed, I slept like a baby. I can’t wait to bring my mom here.
