Customer Reviews for Lumiere Laser Studio
Samantha Toledo — 5/5 (via Google)
I had my first treatment at Lumiere Laser Studio and could not have asked for a better experience. I was honestly pretty nervous going in, but from the moment I arrived, everything felt both personal and professional in the best way. Cassie was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her friendly and calming presence made such a difference and really helped ease my nerves during the treatment. What meant the most to me was how cared for I felt, not just during the appointment, but afterward too. Cassie followed up after my treatment, which showed me how much they truly care about their clients and their experience. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I felt seen, heard, and genuinely taken care of. I’m already looking forward to going back. Highly recommend Lumiere Laser Studio to anyone considering treatment, especially if it’s your first time!

I’m currently doing my laser hair removal treatment with Maddie, and I 100% recommend her. She is incredibly kind, professional and attentive, always making sure I’m comfortable and not in pain. She constantly checks in to see how I’m feeling, which I really appreciate. I started seeing results from the very first session, and I’m extremely happy with the results so far. The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Overall, the experience at Lumier Laser Studio has been amazing. Highly recommended!

I have only had one tattoo removal session so far but Cassie was great! She answered all of my questions and I asked a lot of questions. The process didn't hurt as much as I thought it would and Cassie made sure to keep me as comfortable as I could be throughout the whole time.

Had my consultation with Cassie and Maddie today, and started my session immediately after. They made the whole process so comfortable. The pain was minimal, not as bad as people say. I cannot wait for my next appointment.
