I thought I had scheduled an appointment at Luna but apparently my spazztastic brain did not. I walked in at 6pm on a freaking Friday and Luna was super nice about it. She literally squeezed me in! I offered to reschedule to a different time given it was obviously my fault, but she was so understanding. The place was packed and bopping with women who were chatty, knew each other, and knew Luna. I think this is always a good sign! Then I told Luna what I was struggling with given my hair and she explained that I've been asking for the wrong thing for ages! It wasn't rocket science but I've never been a girly girl and didn't start hair maintenance until later in life. Luna was so kind to take the time to explain what I wanted, what I wanted to ask for in the future, and how it would fade, etc. It was an incredibly smooth operation there and all the stylists knew how well to manage everyone in the cozy studio while keeping conversation flowing. My first time there even accidentally, but I recommend!
