Lusta wasn’t my first topper. Even though I wanted it to be! I was nervous about buying online so I went to a local woman. The hair is fine but not what I was expecting. The cap was smaller than she said it would be, the hair was dry, the return hairs could be seen and the piece was a little bulky. I couldn’t get a refund. I thought that I would finally try Lusta and booked a chat. It wasn’t scary, in fact I was upset that I didn’t use Lusta in the first place! My topper is AMAZING. I’m 50, have been losing my hair for a number of years and just tied it back every day. I finally like the person looking back at me in the mirror and my confidence is restored. I’m not ready to give up on my hair. My guess is that I will move to wigs in the next few years and Lusta will be my go to.

Excellent product and superb customer service. I have been wearing wigs for almost 20 years and these are by far the best quality and fit I have experienced. The Lusta team are excellent and always on line to help with any questions. My only criticism would have been the lack of wigs available - my first one I waited almost 3 months for, but it seems the team have addressed this with lots of new products now available, which is super news. It's great to be part of the Lusta family and experience.

Very nice high quality hair topper. But, I had to have my stylist color, cut AND thin it. The topper is very high density. Like full on wig density. I personally prefer a lower density piece because I still have hair, just thinning on top. Nice but had to alter it a lot to fit my needs. Definitely for those with more severe hair loss.

I had followed Lusta on Instagram for some time after dipping my toe in the alternative hair world after facing hair loss from chemotherapy and beyond. After purchasing my first hair topper from a different company, I realized there is quite a difference in quality and after doing lots of research, reached out to the team at Lusta. Not only were they incredibly responsive and helpful, they were kind and compassionate. I didn't feel pushed or manipulated. It was a truly wonderful shopping experience, which is hard when you're spending a lot of money on a piece you can't try on that's halfway around the world. Well, it arrived, and I couldn't be happier. The follow-up from Lusta and team was equally stellar, and I will be recommending them above any other alternative hair company from now on.

Having first tried a different brand then switching to Lusta. I’ll never look back. The Lusta experience is great and the hair quality is so beautiful. Based predominantly on line still having the opportunity to chat face to face & discuss concerns or ask questions gives peace of mind about your choices. The returns policy & the ability to message at any stage, getting prompt replies, further enhances that peace of mind.
