From the moment you walk in, the spa experience begins. The aromatics trigger a sense of calm and relaxation. Emily was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. The session started with a scalp analysis. There was some conversation about what we saw and general experiences with my hair on a daily basis. The treatment and products were determined by my scalp. Other patrons could have different products based on their scalp condition. The treatment occurs in your private room. Towel wraps are provided for you to change into before the treatment begins. Soothing spa music played through out the treatment. Emily explained each product she was applying. I asked about the different tools she used at different steps in the process. We had a moment when the halo wand did not operate as expected but Emily remained calm and professional and resolved the issue while I continued to relax on the table. Going to the salon and getting my hair washed is the best part of the salon experience in my opinion. This was a hour of the best part of the salon experience. There were different sensations and pressures, gentle movements and thoughtful attention. I could see the difference in my scalp when we did the analysis after the treatment. I did not get a blow out but Emily was sure to gently brush out my hair and put it up in a clip before I left. My hair smelled amazing and I still feel like I can see a difference even two weeks later. The price point is high but the personalized and custom attention makes it worth it. Definitely worth treating yourself or a loved one. They have memberships. I will have to see if I can fit that in my budget in the future. Yes, it was that good. Excellent communication pre and post appointment. Email confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment, emailed receipt and follow up email.

This experience was a 10/10! Amanda greeted me at the door. The room was set up perfectly. Nice and relaxing area! There was even a sign welcoming me with my name. I talked with Amanda about my dry scalp. She focused on my problem areas and the results were amazing! Amanda was friendly and welcoming , area was clean and well maintained, and the service was amazing! Definitely will be back!

Amazing first time experience here! Astrid was very warm, welcoming and calming! It’s as good as they all say! I will highly recommend this place! My hair is so soft and light! I found a new favorite self care routine!

I came here as a birthday treat to myself. Astrid did an amazing job pampering me, and I felt so relaxed. I did get the blowout after and felt so renewed. They even gifted me a fresh cut sunflower which made me feel so special on my birthday. I would recommend this service to anyone in need a of a spa day or concerned about their hair health. Thank you, Astrid! 😊

I had the LUSTRE Signature VIP Headspa Ritual, and it was incredible! Shelley was amazing, and the entire experience was super relaxing. Truly a full sensory experience! The scalp detox and scalp cleansing left my scalp feeling refreshed, healthy and super clean. The botanical facial refresh was soothing and added to the relaxation. The two services complemented each other so well. The blow dry at the end was the perfect ending to a wonderful experience. Everything felt thoughtful, calming and luxurious without being over the top. I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed. If you’re looking for a great headspa experience, I can’t recommend LUSTRE Headspa enough -- ultimate self-care. Definitely worth it!
