I had my first appointment at Luum nearly 2 weeks ago with Nurse Kristal. I have been seeing Kristal for a long time at a different clinic but Luum is just on a different level! From the kindness of every staff member I interacted with, to the clean and inviting clinic the whole experience was fantastic and I am excited to continue going to Luum where I get excellent service with someone who cares about my health/skincare journey without providing me with products/services that don’t fit my needs.
